I am from the Hammock

I am from the hammock
With a book in my hands
The feeling of motion sickness
Wanting to get my sleeping bag
Waiting so I can stop reading and hear
“Dinner's ready”

I am from the Cloehawk
Making the “boing" on the trampoline
From the chloe yelling at the TV
The apartment doors all down the hall
The smell of blackberries
And passionfruit
